- You have up to 2 hours after initial purchase to cancel your order (this is because we will start production once we receive an order, and will ship out within 2 business days)
- If your order is wrong, please let us know and provide photo proof. Secure back into packaging and write "return to sender" for a return. We will then issue a reorder free of charge, or issue a store credit.
- We are not responsible or liable for damages incurred during shipping, but we will try our best to prevent it from happening (putting a "do not bend" label on the packaging for example).
- If such damages are notable, please let us know (with pictures provided) and we will issue you a store credit or discount on your next order.
